21st-22nd September Silverstone

The second to last round took place at the Silverstone international circuit, unfortunately Fridays testing didn't go to plan as the power steering tube had melted and therefore had to be replaced. On Saturday Josh only had one 15-minute test session in the wet to get used to the circuit, but luckily the predicted forecast for Sunday was meant to be wet. In Sunday morning qualifying it was indeed raining and Josh managed to qualify 4th for race 1. Race 1 was a very greasy circuit which was worse conditions than full wet, Josh manged to adapt to these conditions quite quickly and used it to his advantage, by lap 4 Josh made his way up to 2nd and maintained a good pace to take the podium finish. Race 2 looked like it was going to be in dry conditions which was going to be interesting for Josh as he had never been around that track in the dry before. Josh got a blistering start and got to first by the first corner, Josh defended as hard as he could for the first lap but lost out due to lack of track knowledge in the dry. Josh had to learn the circuit while simultaneously pushing the car to the limit, Josh had a good battle with 3rd place and manged to grab another 2nd place at the end of the race. This left Josh 3rd place in the championship and now the deciding round of the season takes place at brands hatch.
